Becoming an expert

What will SeaFix/ mean for you?
The roll out of SeaFix/ will influence how you work with the chartering, shipping, operations and parallel teams at Vale. There will be new systems to learn but the rewards will be great.

How will SeaFix/ be adopted?
Vale chartering, shipping, operations and other parellel teams will all be working across SeaFix/ modules and this will impact how you work and interact with them in some way. Between now and the end of December you will be introduced to the modules via training sessions, resources, demo environments and support from the team at Vale and the Sea/ customer support team. Start the training and onboarding starting early, will ensure everyone feels confident to go live with the new system in January 2021.
