Engineering Manager (London)

As Engineering Manager, you will work in an Agile environment, ensuring that software releases are supported through the complete development cycle whilst ensuring quality standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for leading teams of Developers, Tech Leads, Architects, SDETs and QAs.

Senior Full Stack Developer (Sea/Calc Birmingham)

You will be working to develop and maintain robust and efficient APIs, back-end analytical processes as well as front end development. The ability to work with large and highly transactional databases of several terabytes in size is a core requirement. You will be responsible for unit testing your code and partaking in peer reviews. You will occasionally need to work in the maintenance of existing applications and services.

Technical Lead (Sea/Central Birmingham)

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead to join our expanding team. You will have a passion for technology and a desire to develop your technical knowledge and experience along the way. You will also be using “Agile” development methods; therefore, you must have excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Product Designer/UX (London)

You will collaborate daily with Product owners, Business Analysts and engineers towards building best in class solutions. At Maritech we embolden a bottom-up collective ownership of the “product”, so the designer filling this role will be encouraged to be the “voice of design” within the team. It carries a responsibility to lead design and requirement gathering exercises as much as committing pixels to the screen for mock-ups and prototypes.

Product Manager (London)

You will define the full product strategy for the product and ensure the delivery is successful against the product roadmap. You will own the team’s goals and success metrics, as well as ascertain product requirements and filter accordingly. The role involves understanding customers' needs and aligning that with the product development teams whilst ensuring this also aligns with our business goals and vision

Engineering Manager (Birmingham)

You will be responsible for ensuring software delivery for Sea web applications are supported effectively throughout the full lifecycle, ultimately ensuring quality standards are adhered to and innovation are key drivers to provide customers with solutions that are ahead of their time as well as delighting our customer base. You will work closely with the product manager and ensure that priority changes are delivered in a timely manner to deliver value to our customers. You will be managing multiple teams of Developers, Tech Leads, QA, Product Designers and Business Analysts to deliver change for our customers.

Test Analyst (Birmingham)

You will work on multiple projects simultaneously and help team members and Technical Leads to identify potential issues in the functionality and quality of the end product. Moreover, you should be able to prepare documentation for test plan executions and be willing to learn independently.
